Gran Fondo Il Lombardia will be back in 2022 with a start and finish in Cantù near Como. You will tackle two iconic climbs, the Ghisallo and the Muro di Sormano on a unique route in an extraordinary landscape. A perfect combination of ascents, descents and steep spurts that ensures fun and enjoyment to all participants.
Warm up rides: We offer a short warm-up ride on Friday afternoon plus a longer 75km ride on Saturday to have a look at the route. Guided by Giro d'Italia stage winner Andrea Ferrigato.
Pre-race briefing: On Saturday night Andrea talks through the race with tips of how to ride at your best.
Mechanical support: Expert mechanics on hand all weekend or hire one of our bikes

Italy’s Lake Como is a wonderful place to ride. With a mixture of challenging climbs and routes that run alongside sparkling lakesides and beautiful villages; the sportive complements the race of the Falling Leaves, also known as the Tour of Lombardy. Starting and ending in Cantu near Como, cyclists will experience the legendary Ghisallo in addition to the mercilessly steep Muro di Sormano – the two big climbs of the race.

Our weekend package includes hotel in Como on B&B basis, daily guided rides with your guide, Giro stage winner Andrea Ferrigato plus mechanic service. In addition you can also add bike rental and hospitality experiences on Pro race day.
